FAQ

What for?

Your product needs a fresh outside opinion about user experience, interface, or interactions, but you are not looking for a long-time commitment. You just want unbiased feedback ASAP.

Why you?

Hey, I am Maksim. I am leading product design at Rho, a fintech platform, where I work on features, design system, and processes. I am also building a startup called Goji.

I have 10+ years of diverse background with a primary focus on experience, interactions, and systems. I am happy to share my experience and help improve your product. Read more about my background.

Why it works?

Experience audit is the first thing I do when I start working on a new product. Not knowing much about the context of past decisions is an advantage that helps focus on things that otherwise become blurry over time.

How much does it cost?

$5,000 for everything. The work starts after the payment is done and takes about three weeks.

What do I need to do?

Let me know about the area you want me to focus on. It can be a flow, architectural issue, key interaction, or a specific view. Create a test account with pre-populated data so I have an access to your product. Figma link is an option, too. We can always discuss what needs attention in detail on a call.

What will you do?

I will spend time evaluating usability, architecture, and interactions in the area we decide to improve. We'll do a mid-check-in to discuss changes and direction. I will share the report and Figma file with annotations and will walk you through the results to discuss proposed changes.

The report will also include accessibility recommendations, bugs I encounter, and general observations about the way your product looks and feels. I will work with existing user experience and suggest changes you can implement within reasonable time and resources. No blue-sky.

Keep in mind it's not a technical accessibility or QA report nor it is a code review. I will not deep-dive into the underlying business issues of your product as it defeats the purpose of the audit.

What's your refund policy?

I want you to be happy about the result and will work with you on resolutions. If it's not a match by the mid-check-in, I will refund the full amount without questions.
